The 4-Panel Comic Drawing Competition held by the Consumer Council for secondary students will close on 25 September, the Council encourages all local secondary students to enter the competition to show their talents and explore their knowledge on consumer rights.

Entries painted by hand or on computer are both accepted to the competition. The competition is divided into junior and senior groups, a champion, first runner-up, second runner-up and 5 merit prizes will be awarded in each category with prices of a trophy and cash vouchers worth $3,000, $2,000, $1,500 and $500 respectively. Awarded pieces will also be exhibited in the exhibition arranged by the Macao Consumer Council and Zhongshan Consumer Council.

A similar activity was held in 2018 by the Consumer Council and consumer organizations from the Greater Bay Area and pieces by local secondary students were exhibited in Macao, Zhuhai City and Zhongshan City. The current collaboration also offers an exchange opportunity to teenagers in Macao and the Greater Bay Area.

The Council will continue to hold various kinds of educational activity to promote the awareness of teenagers in consumer rights.
