How to apply

Processing time

Application can be done after joining as “Adherent” and monitoring period is completed.

Procedures and required documents

Submit the latest Business Tax – Tax Demand Note (M/8 format) issued by the Financial Services Bureau to the Macao Consumer Council.

After documents have been submitted by an “Adherent”, approval result will be known within 20 working days. (Performance Pledge)

1.“Requirements of Certified Shops” and “Regulations of Certified Shops”

2.“Code of Practice” established by the Consumer Council and the respective industries/chambers

Enquiry on progress:Enquiry on progress: the Council will notify businesses with letters and announces on its website.
