Fee
- Free of charge for claims less than MOP100,000.
- Fees will be charged according to the fee schedule of the Centre for claims over MOP100,000.

Mediation service: not defined.
Arbitration service: any case applied at the Consumer Mediation and Arbitration will be scheduled for arbitration within 12 working days from the date of filing. (Performance Pledge)
