In accordance with Section 2, Article 22 of the Regulations of Macao Consumer Mediation and Arbitration Centre, fees shall be charged for mediation proceeding involving an amount exceeding the statutory value of appeal interest of the Court of First Instance (MOP100,000), the parties may select a mediator from the list of mediators in fee-bearing arbitration proceeding.
